Recipe: Eye-of-Round Roast Beef and Mushrooms

Need a quick and easy meal to make? You can never go wrong with beef and mushrooms!
Ingredients:
Any number of thin hand-sized slices of eye-of-round roast beef that you desire
A bowl of thinly sliced white mushrooms
Soy sauce and seasoning salt
Instructions:
On an oiled pan over high heat, add slices of roast beef. Add desired amount of soy sauce and seasoning salt and cook the first side for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
After turning each slice of roast beef once, pour leftover blood from raw beef (if available) over the slices and baste continually for another 2.5 to 3 minutes until juices dwindle. Add additional soy sauce and seasoning salt if needed.
Remove the cooked beef slices from the pan and set aside.
Re-apply oil to the pan and add sliced mushrooms. Stir for 1 minute, apply seasoning salt, then stir mushrooms for another minute.
Serve roast beef slices and mushrooms with rice and salad. Enjoy!
